Statuses
An order moves through different stages (statuses), which are listed below.
Note: status names are returned by the API in Spanish; they are kept here as-is, with their meaning in English.
Status list
| Ingresado | Created — the order was created in the system |
| Aceptado | Accepted — the order was accepted by the assigned booster |
| En punto de retiro | At pickup point — the orders are being picked up to be dispatched to their destination |
| En despacho | In transit — the booster has picked up the products and started the delivery |
| Entregado | Delivered — the order was delivered to its recipient |
| Sin moradores | No one home — the booster could not find anyone at the destination address |
| Pedido Anulado Cliente | Voided by client — the order was cancelled by the API client |
| Rechazado Cliente | Rejected by recipient — the order was rejected by the destination customer |
| Error Dirección | Address error — the destination address is wrong |
| Devolución Exitosa | Successful return — the product was returned to the provider |
| Extraviado | Lost — the order was lost either at the pickup point or by the booster |
| Pedido Anulado | Order voided — the order was voided by the provider |
| Cancelado | Cancelled — the order was cancelled by the provider |
